I’m a heart-centered Medicine Woman, Wisdom Teacher, and Author. I am trained in the ancient healing arts of Classical Chinese Medicine and Amazonian Plant Medicine and guided by plant and elemental allies that expand humanity’s capacity to tap into the interconnectedness and interdependence of our existence.
I’m dedicated to supporting seekers who yearn for healing, transformation, and deepened realization of the self at a soul level through integrative body-mind-emotions-spirit medicine offerings and wisdom teachings derived from ancient inner alchemical traditions, as well as my own awakening journey. Together, we unlock pathways to your deepest self, embracing the universe's ancient wisdom for profound renewal.
What is
INNER ALCHEMY?
In simplified spiritual terms, our human journey is about returning home to an embodied knowing of ourselves and all other beings as carriers of a spark of Divine essence and as interconnected with one another, the animals, waters, plants, soil, minerals, sun, moon, planets and stars. Inner alchemy is one of the core pathways for returning home.
The term inner alchemy refers to teachings and practices from an array of diverse Tantric, Hermetic, Buddhist and Taoist traditions that are designed to transmute the physical, mental, and emotional patterns that reinforce separation and block our path home.
Woven through all of my offerings, inner alchemy tools and practices include any and all of the following: meditation, somatic and movement practices, hands-on bodywork, compassionate guidance into deeper attunement to one’s own core essence, emotional alchemy teachings and practices from Taoist Five Element medicine, and use of plant medicine and other Earth-based practices to strengthen connection with the lands, waters, plants, and minerals of our planet.

I express profound gratitude to the teachers who have generously shared their wisdom, knowledge, and healing technologies and encouraged me to remember and embody the medicine and wisdom of my own ancestors. I especially acknowledge my teachers from various lineages of Taoism, Classical and Five Element Chinese Medicine, and my maestros and maestras from the Shipibo-Konibo tribe of the Peruvian Amazon. I am grateful for the stewardship of these traditions through many centuries in which they were under threat of extinction by systems and ideologies underpinned by fear, domination, and separation. I commit to a continual inquiry of what it means to carry forward these teachings in service to the whole with humility, integrity, reciprocity, and love.
